In 2011 I started writing songs about nonviolence, and I have recorded simple versions of these songs which appear on this website, with lyrics and chords. There is no copyright on these songs – they are free to anyone who wishes to play or perform them. (Please note that, due to its popularity, ‘Let’s Sing a Feelings Song’ is no longer available as a free download from Soundcloud, but if you email me, I can send a free copy to your email address as an attachment.)
I hope everyone enjoys the songs, and that the activists among you may find them especially useful.
Here is a song I wrote to inspire and support efforts to resist the World Economic Forum’s ‘Great Reset’.
My ‘Articles’ page includes my writings on psychological, philosophical and political nonviolence, most notably:
Questioning Covid19: Why I will Never Trust the Medical Establishment about Respiratory Disease. A Case History (28 August 2020)
Gives my case history of suffering acute and chronic respiratory disease for the first 25 years of my life, until I discontinued medical establishment ‘treatment’ and switched to natural modalities which have led to a radical improvement in my health.
Fearless Psychology and Fearful Psychology: Principles and Practice (28 September 2013)
A 12,000 word article which details the psychological therapy process developed by Robert J. Burrowes and myself during 14 years of intensive research. Critical analysis is also provided of various other psychological methodologies.
The Unbelievable Truth: The Paradoxical Nature of the Universal Mind (14 October 2018)
A 10,000 word article explaining my understanding of what caused the universe to be created, and its paradoxical purpose, based on insight gained through intensive research into the nature of terror in the human mind.
My ‘NvA Resources’ page includes short articles on practical, philosophical and psychological aspects of strategic nonviolent actions.
PDF versions available via email.
My songs are free to download, but you are welcome to give me a financial gift if you wish. And, if you would like to help me and my partner Robert J. Burrowes in our work for a nonviolent world, we will appreciate any ongoing financial support you may wish to give (select ‘Financial Gifts’ in the menu above for details).
For more detail about our work, see our other sites listed below.

Many thanks also to Aruna Giri for giving me his ‘time’ and to Chris Saray for recording the second four songs (marked #). Thanks to Steve Vertigan for recording the second version of ‘Stand Against War’.
